Brooks & Freund built the 21,432 square-foot strip center

 

Brooks & Freund has completed construction of the Forum Centre Shops at 1 Forum Blvd. at the main entrance to The Forum at Fort Myers, a 706-acre mixed-use development.

The project included construction of a 21,432-square-foot strip center with 16 tenant spaces. The building features upgraded finishes including stone tower columns and accents.

Craig Streetzel of Brooks & Freund was the project manager. Boca Architect Corporation provided architectural design services.
