Spaces starts at $71,991 at Compass Rose Boatominium
More than 5 percent of the dry-slip “boatominiums” at Compass Rose Boatominium in Fort Myers Beach have been sold since they went on the market two weeks ago, according to sales manager Marcus Carson. “About 35 percent of those buyers were investors, with the others being purchased by people who will store and use their boats here in Southwest Florida,” Carson said. Currently under construction, Compass Rose Boatominium (www.CompassRoseBoatominium.com) is being built on a 7.5-plus-acre site with 400 slips in Key West-themed buildings. The facility can accommodate vessels up to 43 feet. Prices start at $71,991. Compass Rose Boatominium is a full-service boat club that will feature dry slips housed in a dry rack building and wet slips on a 7-acre site. Amenities at Compass Rose Boatominium will include a call-ahead concierge service, a clubhouse, Captain Gully’s Ship Shore Restaurant & Lounge with restaurant and deli, swimming pool, hot tub, ship’s store, and fuel station offering wholesale prices. Compass Rose will also offer boat slip rentals on a monthly basis. |
