The complex is on Six Mile Cypress Parkway

Six Mile Cypress Office Park will construct a fifth building at the office complex on Six Mile Cypress Parkway, just south of the I-75 and Colonial Boulevard intersection.

Plans are completed, permit applications have been submitted, and construction is expected to begin this month, according to Terri Dawson, owner/broker for Florida Investors, the developer and manager of Six Mile Cypress Office Park.

Building 5 will include 12,100 square feet of space available for lease.

The new building will overlook a freshwater lake and Six Mile Cypress Slough nature preserve.

Customized office space is being pre-leased in units from 1,000 square feet, with occupancy expected in December 2008.

Six Mile Cypress Office Park already has four multi-tenant buildings with more than 60,000 square feet of leased office space. Major tenants include Lennar Homes LLC, Universal American Mortgage Company, The Sherwin Williams Company, Banks Engineering, Florida Gems Realty, Herndon Carr & Company, Ajax Paving, and Florida Investors.
