John A. Adams Jr. discussed strategies from attracting major corporations to the state

John A. Adams Jr., president and CEO of Enterprise Florida, shared strategic priorities for Florida’s economic development at a recent meeting of the Southwest
Florida Chapter National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Adams outlined strategies for enticing multimillion corporations to
consider Florida, including promoting sustainable development;
building world-class talent; investing in Florida’s innovation
economy; establishing Florida as a pre-eminent global hub;
accelerating Florida’s economic diversification and ensuring business
climate competitiveness

The newly formed Southwest Florida Chapter of NAIOP offers
advocacy, education and networking opportunities for the area’s
commercial real estate professionals, said Kevin M. Fitzgerald,
founding president of the Southwest Florida Chapter of NAIOP.

NAIOP is the national trade association for developers, owners,
investors, asset managers and other professionals in industrial,
office and mixed-use commercial real estate.
