McGarvey Development (www.mcgarveydevelopment.com) has started building the first of four office buildings at Eastlinks Business Park near Gateway in Fort Myers.

The 30,060 square-foot structure at 12550 Professional Park Drive will feature office space with units starting at 1,300 square feet.

The building will offer views of a courtyard with park-like landscaping.

Three additional office buildings are planned. A total of 174,000 square feet of space will be available in the four buildings, combined. Construction of the first building is scheduled for completion in November.

Eastlinks Business Park will also include three buildings with 173,000 square feet of customizable industrial flex space. Flex and office space at Eastlinks Business Park is available for lease with full-service design and build-out allowance.
