The real estate school will open a classroom facility in the firm's Bonita Springs office

Downing-Frye Realty Inc. has reached an agreement with the Agora School of Real Estate to open a classroom facility in Downing-Frye’s Bonita Springs location.

The Agora School of Real Estate offers certified Florida real estate courses and review sessions for candidates preparing for the state examination as well as post-licensing and continuing education courses for Realtors. The school also offers mortgage broker and community association manager courses locally.

“We are pleased to work with an established organization like Downing-Frye in offering these courses to their associates as well as those outside of the firm,” said Tolly DiCosmo, owner and instructor for Agora. “Our commitment is to provide students with a superior education. Their success is the ultimate measure of how well we perform.”

Jerry Bodart, managing broker for Downing-Frye’s Bonita office, stated that there are a number of benefits from having the Agora School of Real Estate in the same building.

“This will make it much more convenient for our agents to take their post-licensing and continuing education courses as required to meet the ongoing educational needs of Florida Realtors,” Bodart said. “It also will expose a number of outside agents to Downing-Frye and could assist us in recruiting new real estate professionals to our firm.”

Courses begin this month, and will be offered in a traditional classroom format as well as online and via CD-ROM and distance learning options.

For additional information on course schedules, tuition and classroom locations, call the Agora School of Real Estate at 498-6700 or visit the school online at www.Agorarealestateschool.com.
