Appliance World in Denver and Baillio's in New Mexico are the other two companies

Bradenton-based appliance and electronics retailer DeSears (www.desears.com) plans to merge with Appliance World in Denver and Baillio's in New Mexico to enable the three organizations to compete against “big box” retailers.
