A Tampa company has made an offer Nanobac Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTCBB:NNBP) (www.nanobac.com) of Tampa has signed letter of intent to buy Sarasota-based DNAPrint Genomics Inc.(DNAG.OB).

The company has developed, patented and published various technologies for an improved clinical product development. The tools include extensively validated and published genome assays for individualized assessments of genetic ancestry on multiple levels.

The acquisition is subject to DNAPrint Genomics shareholder approval.

Nanobac Pharmaceuticals conducts research and provides treatment of degenerative diseases stemming from nanobacterial infections. The companies combined would generate annual revenue $5 million, officials say.
