The Dolphin Plaza is at Santa Barbara and Davis boulevards

Crifasi Enterprises will build a 120,000 square-foot of retail and office development at the northeast corner of Santa Barbara and Davis Boulevards in Naples.

Plans for Dolphin Plaza include seven restaurants, a national grocer, bank and other retail services.

The architect is Richard L. Bowen and Associates, and the plaza will be built by Phoenix Associates of South Florida Inc.

Construction will be completed by late summer of 2009.
