Hammer Construction has been chosen to build the Del Prado Professional Building in Cape Coral for JPR Contracting of Miami.

The Class A office structure will be at 3633 Del Prado Blvd. S.

The three story project includes construction of a 22,596 square-foot building, with part of the first floor being devoted to parking.

There will be ample glass to allow for a view of the Glenn Cove Canal that the building will overlook.

The Del Prado Professional Building will feature a Mediterranean look, including a barrel tile roof and many other architectural details such as arched openings. Each of the second and third floor units will feature an open walkway.

Greg Goertler of Joe Dubek Architecture was the architect. Larry Denmark is the project manager and Jack Coovert is the managing superintendent for Cape Coral-based Hammer Construction. Construction is expected to be completed in June.
