Construction project management is complete for Colonial Bank building

Owen-Ames-Kimball Company provided the service for the bank's first branch location in its South Florida expansion plan Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (OAK) has completed construction project management of the first Colonial Bank branch in the bank’s South Florida Region expansion plan. The 2,500-square-foot bank will provide services to the Bayview area of Fort Lauderdale, with three drive-through lanes, a drive-up ATM and a full-service walk-in office. Colonial Bank anticipates the addition of more than 10 new branches in its south region. OAK’s services to Colonial Bank include site -election assistance, design consultation, team management, negotiation and oversight of construction agreements, and ensuring delivery time lines are met. OAK project manager Gary Greenleaf supervised the Bayview project. Project Manager Howard Gold oversees building of the Colonial Banks for the Florida West Coast Region.
