Construction of two flex buildings at Eastlinks are complete

McGarvey Development built the structures in the 46-acre business park McGarvey Development (www.mcgarveydevelopment.com) has completed construction of the first two flex buildings at the Eastlinks Business Park, a 46-acre mixed-use site located in the Gateway area of south Fort Myers. When complete, the Eastlinks Business Park will offer a total of 173,000 square feet of customizable industrial flex space. The buildings are dock-high with units starting at 4,800 square feet. In addition, Eastlinks will feature 174,000 square feet of office space. Leasing for both flex and office space is available with full-service design and build-out allowance. A 7.41-acre out parcel on Daniels Parkway also is for sale.
