Heatherwood Construction has been awarded a contract to build the new corporate headquarters for First American Bank in Naples.

The class AAA two-story building, located in the Marquesa Plaza at 3360 Pine Ridge Road, will offer more than 26,000 square feet of office space and will feature a winding interior staircase.

In addition to the bank, Marquesa Plaza includes a Starbucks, Wireless Toyz, Figaro's Pizzeria and other retail shops.

 

Hector Vidal of Heatherwood Construction (www.HeatherwoodConstruction.com) will serve as project manager, and Jeff Wise will serve as job superintendent. Sheeley Architects provided architectural design services. Construction is expected to this month, and its completion is scheduled for October 2008.
