Stevens Construction Inc. (www.stevensconstructioninc.com) has completed construction of First Capital Lending Corporation’s branch office at 1716 Cape Coral Parkway W.

The company’s new office occupies 2,833 square feet, while the remaining rental space of the 8,143-square-foot building is available for three tenants.

Designed by Jason P. Tramonte Architect Inc., the interior design features birch panels, marble transaction countertops and a glass arched wall. A fire sprinkler system and impact-resistant windows were included for fire and hurricane protection. The building is constructed of concrete masonry units with wood trusses.

Marty McClain of Stevens Construction Inc. served as project manager, Todd Welle was superintendent, and Jacki Barnett was the project administrator.
