Owen-Ames-Kimball Company (OAK) has completed construction project management of the 15th Colonial Bank branch in the bank’s Southwest Florida Region expansion plan.

The 3,900-square-foot bank is on Pine Ridge Road in Naples.

The office will provide services with three drive-through lanes, a drive-up ATM and a full service walk-in office. Colonial Bank has plans to build seven additional offices in the Southwest Florida area in the next three years.

Owen-Ames-Kimball’s services to Colonial Bank include site selection assistance, design consultation, team management, negotiation and oversight of construction agreements, and ensuring delivery timelines are met.

Project manager Howard Gold oversees building of the Colonial Banks for the Florida West Coast Region. Other OAK team members for this project were Mike Nalbach as job site superintendent and Rex Budd as general superintendent.
