Charlotte State Bank will host a truss-signing ceremony at 8:30 a.m. on Monday for its new branch office under construction at Harborview Pointe on the northeast corner of Harborview Road and Kings Highway.

Scheduled to open in August, the new branch will mark Charlotte State Bank’s sixth area location, with four other offices in Port Charlotte and one in Punta Gorda. The new branch covers 5,158 square feet, with 3,332 square feet indoors.

The builder is Bayshore Construction Group and the architect is Bernard E. Rowan.
