The Southwest Florida chapter installs leaders for the year, announces outlook conference
The CCIM Institute's Southwest Florida District recently elected its 2008 officers. Jim Tamblyn, CCIM, senior commercial property specialist with Colliers Arnold, was elected to a second term as the district's president. Laura Fish, CCIM, broker/owner with Platinum Coast Investment Realt, Inc., was re-elected vice president; Adam Palmer, commercial associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, was elected treasurer; and Andrew Falde, commercial property specialist with Colliers Arnold, was elected secretary. The Southwest Florida District covers Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Glades, and Hendry counties with the mission of providing the networking, marketing and education opportunities to enhance its members' ability to successfully conduct commercial real estate business. The district will hold its eighth annual Real Estate Outlook Conference, the area's premier commercial real estate event on Jan 22 at Harborside Event Center.
