CB Richard Ellis wins state contract

The firm will serve as the State of Florida's tenant leasing broker and provide other services CB Richard Ellis’ Government and Public Sector Solutions Group collaborated with CBRE’s Florida brokerage team to win a statewide contract with the State of Florida. CBRE will serve as the state’s tenant leasing broker and provide space management and strategic consulting services for 14.5 million square feet of owned and leased space across Florida in an effort to reduce overall occupancy costs. The CBRE team won the business because of its experience with federal, state and local governments; cost-saving consulting strategies; and proprietary market analysis tools, the company said.
