Southwest Capital Bank introduces a new way for companies to stimulate cash flow Southwest Capital Bank (www.SouthwestCapitalBank.com) is offering help for area businesses to stimulate their operations by maximizing cash flow.

The bank has introduced the business equity line of credit to offer businesses quick access to funds for working capital, business expansion, short term cash flow needs or other business purposes.

Like a home equity line of credit for consumers, the business equity line is one way the bank hopes to help area businesses expand, capitalize or manage cash flow while awaiting a turnaround in our area’s economy. The equity line is flexible and designed to fit the business’ needs, approval is quick and access is immediate.

“This line of credit is unique in the business banking industry because it provides quick access to funds for working capital, business expansion, short term cash flow needs or other business purposes and allows the use of unique forms of collateral such as raw land or investment property,” said Bruce A. Schultz, president and CEO of Southwest Capital Bank.

Business owners can access the funds through checks or debit card. Flexible terms include an ‘interest only’ option and no loan origination fee with a minimum draw.

“Everyone is familiar with how an equity line works for homeowners ,” said Tom Fuess, senior vice president and senior lender. “Southwest Capital Bank’s business equity line works in a very similar fashion. Business owners can tap the line as needed for expansion or cash flow.”

“Right now, our area is experiencing a slow-down and many businesses need a little help and this is definitely the right product at the right time,” said Fuess.

The bank has three branches located in South Fort Myers, downtown Fort Myers and Pine Island. The bank’s corporate headquarters is in Riverwalk Office Park, off College Parkway at 12670 Creekside Lane in Fort Myers.
