The project is a North Brook Plaza
Brooks & Freund has completed the construction of Borgata Square at 2590 North Brook Plaza in Naples. The project included construction of a three-story, 27,000 square-foot office condominium building that encompasses 24 offices averaging 1,500 square feet. Craig Streetzel of Brooks & Freund is the project manager, Rusty Martin is the job superintendent and Barbara Copeland is the project administrator. The project developer is Borgata Square of Naples LLC. Architectural design services were provided by J.D. Design Drafting. |
