Mike Moser, Jeff Handlin, Larry Colditz and Stephen Polachek join Starwood Land Ventures Starwood Land Ventures LLC (www.starwoodland.com) of Bradenton has hired industry veterans Mike Moser, Jeff Handlin, Larry Colditz and Stephen Polachek.

Moser most recently served as president of Taylor Woodrow’s Tower and Southeast Florida divisions.

Handlin acted as Taylor Woodrow’s vice president of acquisitions.

Polachek has an extensive background in land development.

And Colditz has spent the past nine years in various senior management positions with two of the top ten national homebuilders.

Starwood Land Ventures is a residential real estate investment firm focused on land acquisition, development and financing nationwide.
