A new director is appointed and one resigns as secretary

Kesselring Holding Corp. (

KSSH.OB) (www.kesselringholding.com) has announced changes to its board of directors roster.

Surgis International chief executive officer Darryl Rosser will join the board to serve a three-year term.

He has held executive posts at public and private companies including Texas Instruments Wurlitzer Co., Falcon Products and Brown Jordan International.

Clifford H. Wildes, board chairman has resigned as secretary of the corporation, but will remain as Chairman.

Ben Bond, a board director, has been named secretary.

And James Toomey will remain on the board. Kesselring Holding Corp. subsidiaries specialize in building restoration, construction, result of new information, future events or other factors.
