Orion Bancorp reported a $26 million profit in 2007 Orion Bancorp Inc., the holding company for Orion Bank, reported a 2007 profit of $26 million and return on equity of 21 percent.

Comparable figures for 2006 were not provided.

As of Dec 31, total assets were $2.7 billion, up $126 million over the same period a year ago. Total loans grew to more than $2 billion as of year end. as of December 31, 2007.

The company, which is based in Naples, has offices in Sarasota and Bradenton.
