GCM Contracting Solutions (www.GCMContracting.com) has reached the mid point in construction of the Alico Business Park off Alico Road in south Fort Myers.

The 130,800 square-foot space will be divided into seven buildings suitable for office, warehouse or industrial use. Spaces ranging from 1,500 square feet to 20,000 square feet are available for purchase.

The building was designed by architect Richard E. Ditter for flexibility; units can be divided or combined based on individual space needs. Each unit will have a minimum of four parking spaces, and 322 spaces are planned for customer parking. Additional tenant parking will be available behind each building.

The building is being constructed using a solid tilt-wall technique.

Greg Coleman is the project manager on the Alico Business Park project, and Arlen Gattis is the superintendent. Construction is expected to be complete in early 2008.
