One of the systems will monitor air traffic and weather
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) will use two information technology systems made by a McLean, Va., company. Flight Explorer’s (www.flightexplorer.com) FE Professional Aircraft Situation Display (ASD) will be used in the operations center to provide existing air traffic and weather conditions at and around the airport. FE Snapshot will give pilots, travelers and airport authorities current departure and arrival traffic and weather at the airport on the airport’s public Web site, www.srq-airport.com as well as on multiple graphical displays throughout the airport. |
