Toll Brothers CEO is bullish on the housing market

Amid the discouraging news about the real estate industry comes an upbeat assessment of the Naples housing market.

Toll Brothers CEO Robert Toll, in a recent TV interview with Jim Cramer on his Mad Money show, declared “Naples is back,” giving the community an A-minus grade, up from a failing mark a year ago.

The bottom line: prices and sales are up, at least where his business is concerned.
