Sarasota-based Horizon Mortgage Corp. arranged the financing
Horizon Mortgage Corp. of Sarasota arranged the financing for the Port St. Lucie Mini Warehouse for an $8 million construction loan. The three-story, 748-unit facility will measure 98,800 square feet, and will include outdoor RV and boat storage. Kelly Gilliland of Horizon Mortgage Corp. originated and placed the loan.
