A vacant retail lot in Estero has sold for $2.2 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 1.33-acre parcel is on the west side of U.S. 41 near Coconut Road.

The buyer was Edgewood Investment Partners of Parkwood.

The seller was Tulip Associates LLC.
