The parcels are in the Lexington Commerce Center

Three vacant commercial parcels in the Lexington Commerce Center in Fort Myershave sold for $118,500, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

Two lots are at 4950 and 4790 Lexington Ave. The size of those properties were not indicated.

The third parcel, which measures .44 acres, is at 9410 Workmen Way.

The buyer was S and P Architectural Holdings of Fort Myers.

The seller was Wellington Drywall of Florida II.
