The land is in the Forum along Colonial Boulevard

A vacant commercial parcel in the Forum at Fort Myers has been purchased for $1.07 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The size of the land near Colonial Forum boulevards was not indicated.

The buyer was CWM Development Inc. of Bonita Springs.

The seller was Champion Development Corp.
