A vacant commercial lot at 9671 Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers has been purchased for $396,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

Charles V. Klucka purchased the 1,516 square foot parcel in the Plaza at Gladiolus Preserve.

The seller was Luna Investments.
