Pine Island ag land and building sell for $400,000

The property is on Alcorn Street in Bokeelia More than 5 acres of grazing land and a building on Pine Island have sold for $400,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office. The land and 5,000 square-foot structure are at 6251 Alcorn St. in Bokeelia. The buyers were Cindy and Gregory Lignelli of Fort Myers. The seller was Susan B. Davis.
