The parcels are on Colonial Boulevard near Treeline Boulevard

An Ohio developer has purchased three vacant commercial parcels on Colonial Boulevard near Treeline Boulevard for $9.3 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The acreage of the land at 10676-10698 Colonial Blvd. was not specified on the records.

The buyer was the Timberstone Group Inc. of Holland. The company develops retail, office, flex space and residential projects, including Palm Point Shoppes in Fort Myers.

The seller was 100 Treeline East LLC of Fort Myers.
