12.76 acres near Colonial Country Club are sold

Cameron Partners LLC of Naples has purchased 12.76 acres near Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers for more than $4.8 million, according to the Lee County Appraiser‘s office.

The vacant commercial parcel, which is off Treeline Drive, was sold by S.J. Benson and Associates of Winter Park.
