The 50-acre parcel in North Fort Myers is bought by a New Jersey firm

A New Jersey company has paid $6 million for nearly 50 acres of vacant, agricultural land in North Fort Myers, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office

The property, purchased by SW FL 1B LLC, is at 17800 SR 31 near Bayshore Road.

The seller was Michael Greenwell of Alva.
