The 36-plus acres are on Sunrise Boulevard

The School Board of Lee County has purchased 36.08 acres on Sunrise Boulevard in Lehigh Acres for $2.45 million.

A school will be built on the site in the future.

The seller was S.W. Florida Land Seven LLC.

Janie Hooker of Land Solutions, Inc. represented the both parties.
