Two separate parties buy the 1-acre lots classified as “nonprofit, orphanage”

Habitat for Humanity of Lee County has sold two 1-acre parcels in Lehigh Acres for a total of $375,800, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser‘s office.

Both lots are classified as “nonprofit, orphanage.”

Theodis and Ginger Maxie bought a property at 3527 Sunshine Blvd. for $186,900.

Mary Ellen Snarr purchased the other parcel at 3307 Sunshine Blvd. for $188,900.
