Several neighboring commercial parcels in Fort Myers have been purchased for $400,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

Four lots that total roughly one acre are at 3868-3890 Palm Beach Blvd. A 1.93-acre parcel is at 750 Van Buren St. And a 2.26-acre lot is at 3901 Woodside Ave.

The buyers were Max and Lillian Engel of Miami.

The seller was Executive Business SVS LLC of Ft. Lauderdale.
