Charlotte County pays $4.32 million for 159 acres

The land is in the Shell Creek area Charlotte County has purchased nearly 159 acres in the Shell Creek area for $4.32 million, according to the property appraiser’s office. The deal involved two ag parcels – one is 68.43 acres and the other is 90.3 acres. The sellers were Elwood P. And Barbara Ann Safron. The address was not indicated.
