631 ag acres in Estero sell for $5.32 million

The land is on Corkscrew and Carter roads A Punta Gorda company has paid $5.32 million for 631 acres of agricultural land in Estero, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office. The acreage, sold in four parcels, is at 21750 Corkscrew Road, 21601 Carter Road and two other spots with undetermined road access. The buyer was Keystone Groves LLC. The seller was Coral Creek LLC of Chicago Ridge, Ill.
