$400,000 paid for 2.12 ag acres in Alva

The vacant parcel is on Carbonata Drive A 2.12-acre parcel in Alva has been purchased for $400,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office. The land at 1900 Carbonata Drive, which is zoned agricultural, was sold to Mark Wiles of Fort Myers. The seller was Norman Homes Inc. Of Fort Myers.
