A Scottsdale, Ariz., company buys Shell Creek Resorts on Washington Loop Road

Shell Creek Resorts RV park in Punta Gorda has been purchased for $2.5 million, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The buyer was NHC-FL 118 LLC of Scottsdale, Ariz.

The property at 35711 Washington Loop Road houses several structures.

Its future use calls for “multiple codes.”
