The lot is on Tamiami Trail A 1-acre parcel in Port Charlotte has sold for $1.13 million, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The vacant lot is at 1814 Tamiami Trail.

The buyer was WRI-SRP Shoppes Port Charlotte of Houston.

The seller was WIN Tamiami Trail Ltd.
