A bank branch will be built at the site Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union has purchased 2.48 acres at 4491 Underwood Drive in Fort Myers for $540,000. The buyer plans to build a bank branch at the site. The seller was MP Defined Benefit Pension Plan and Trust. Fred Kermani of CB Richard Ellis Fort Myers-Naples represented the seller, and Jacob Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer.
