The land is on Mediterranean Drive

CNL Bank of Southwest Florida has paid $2.71 million for a vacant lot at Coconut Point in Estero, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 2.15-acre parcel is at 7996 Mediterranean Drive.

The seller was Coconut Point Developers of Indianapolis.
