The 7.46 acres are at the I-75 Bayshore Drive Industrial Park

Seminole Gulf Railway has paid $1 million for 7.46 acres in North Fort Myers, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The vacant commercial land is along a railroad right-of-way in the I-75 Bayshore Industrial Park.

The seller was Cardinal Point LLC of Bonita Springs.
