The 2.5-acre lot is on U.S. 41

An Indiana company has purchased nearly 2.5 acres in Punta Gorda for $650,000, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The vacant industrial land is on U.S. 41, just south of Airport Road.

The buyer was Dymo LLC of Muncie.

The sellers were Southwest Partners LLC and Todd B. Lang.
