Prestige Mobile Concrete purchases 3.53 acres on Old U.S. 41

Prestige Mobile Concrete of Orlando Inc. is the buyer of a 3.53-acre property at 16401 Old U.S. 41 in Fort Myers, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The land, which is classified as “mineral processing,” went for $1.47 million.

The seller was B & B of South Florida Inc. of West Palm Beach.
