Commerce Lakes Partners has purchased 5.25 acres in Westbury Industrial Park at 3793 Ironbridge Blvd. in Fort Myers. Lyndon Investments U.S.A. Inc. sold the parcel for nearly $1. 2 million. Robert Johnston and Jerry Messonnier, both of CB Richard Ellis in Fort Myers brokered the deal.
