Fort Myers acreage along I-75 sells for $3.6 million

The parcel is at Southwest International Commerce Park Treasure Chest Storage Condominiums of Fort Myers LLC has purchased 7.04 acres at the Southwest International Commerce Park, Tract Q2, on Tarmac Court in Fort Myers for $3.6 million. The property fronts I-75. The seller of the property, which fronts I-75, was Southwest Florida Investment Property LLC. Robert Johnston, Jerry Messonnier and Fred Kermani of CB Richard Ellis Fort Myers-Naples represented the seller, and Bill Null of Omni Realty Group of SW Florida represented the buyer.
